Your Responsibilities:
-Interpret marketing strategies into trade marketing programs to drive market share growth
-Work out annual trade marketing budget, appropriate allocation and monitoring of resources on brands, channels and regions
-Ensure trade marketing programs executed by sales teams in line with plans and devise appropriate remedial actions as and when necessary
-Analyze market by business review, market visiting and data analysis etc to find new business opportunities
Your profile:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or business administration
-More than 8 years working experience in foreign FMCG companies, exposure to sales, trade marketing preferred
-Good understanding of FMCG distribution models especially modern trade operation models
-Solid hands on experience on planning, execution and evaluation of trade marketing activities
-Excellent interpersonal skills, coordination and logical thinking
-Strong data analytical skills and able to influence sales force
-Proven track record in planning and execution of tailor-made and effective trade marketing activities
-Good command of English and MS Office
-Able to undertake pressure
