岗位：订单管理协调员 Procurement Expediter --RBNV， 工作地点：福建漳州
直接汇报上司：美国艾默生动力传动(EPT) 比利时Rollway轴承公司（RBNV） 运营总监
工作职责：
负责RBNV及其供应商之间未结订单的日常跟踪管理，以保证供应商在既定交期内准时发货, 提高货运的及时准确性，及客户满意度，降低不必要的空运成本。
主要工作包括
1. 跟踪所有由RBNV发向中国供应商的订单执行状况；
2. 与供应商确认生产日程及交期；
3. 每日或每周定期与供应商确认各工序的生产进度（锻造-热处理-车-磨-组装-包装）；
4. 跟进特殊的RBNV订单；
5. 联系协调RBNV 与中国供应商之间的沟通与协作。
任职资格：
1. 大专或以上学历，至少3年工厂订单管理协调经验
2. 流利的中英文口语及书面表达，熟练应用微软办公软件，如word, excel, ppt,
3. 有效的人际沟通，良好的沟通和演示技巧，
4. 独立、主动、负责，能在压力下开展工作
5. 愿意随时出差到国内各供应商处
Report to Director, Operation, EPT( U.S.A) Rollway Bearings (Belgium)
Job responsibilities:
Purpose:
Daily follow up outstanding order book between RBNV and all factories supplying bearing to RBNV. This to guarantee that delivery lead times initially confirmed by factories are followed correctly. Accordingly we will have more accurate deliveries by vessel and less air shipments and increased customer satisfaction.
Principal activities including:
1. Keep track of all orders issued and sent by RBNV to factories in China (related person will always receive a copy of every order sent to factories).
2. Register dates confirmed by factories.
3. Follow up of the production status (forging-heat treatment-turning-grinding-assy-packaging) through daily/weekly contact with suppliers.
4. Special follow up of special RBNV orders.
5. For all above, be a link between RBNV procurement department and factories.
Requirements:
1. College or above degree, at least 3-year related working experience
2. Good command of English both in writing and speaking
3. Good communication skill, can work independently under pressure, responsible, proactive
4. Prepare to travel (especially regular visit to factories in China)
