1. Establish all necessary WPS’s in accordance with specified standard for all welding processes.

2. Organize to supervise and co-ordinate welder qualification tests in accordance with the relevant Work Instruction.

3. Verify that income and used welding consumables and its store controlling status conformed to the specification requirements, e.g. chemical analysis and mechanical properties of welding electrodes etc.

4. Organize to carry out Welding Audits as required by the relevant Work Instruction.
根据相关作业指导定期组织进行焊接审核。
5. Review fabrication drawings and specifications and advise Production and QA/QC Departments of any welding problems that may occur.

6. Liaison with QA/QC inspector, other Department Managers, Client Inspectors, and certifying authority in welding control on a regular basis.

7. Evaluate and solve welding related problems and prepare technical reports as necessary.

10. Assist the Engineering Department in producing Weld Maps if necessary.

11. Review and update all welder certificates as required.

12. Audit, arrange and witness testing lab for all mechanical testing and NDT to be carried out by sub-contractors.

13. As substitute of QA/QC inspector to check welding/material/dimension and so on if necessary.

Job requirements
1.welding background 具备焊接工作背景
2.2 years working experience in welding inspection 2年以上焊接检验等相关工作经验
3.college or above,welding or material related major大专或以上学历，焊接或材料相关专业
4.English is prefered 懂英语者优先
