Job Purpose
Develop business and increase footage for a designated city(s) to meet/exceed Company business plan/target
Job Responsibilities
Develop BD strategies and plans
Collect and analyze market intelligence and assess market potential
Negotiate and handle leasing contracts, franchisee agreements and counter commission
Develop franchisee business
Work with in-works, VM and OP to assess feasibility of new shop location
Provide information to facilitate business registration of new shops and ensure business license is in place
Promote Company brand to prospective shopping mall developers
Review, negotiate and alert relevant departments (such as In-works) of shopping malls’ restrictions on electricity supply, ceiling height etc. to ensure compliance with the GOS
Assist in managing National accounts
Recruit, supervise and coach subordinates to perform the BD function

Other Requirements
Aged 35 or above
University graduate preferably
Fashionable image and good fashion sense preferably
Over 8 years of retail/BD experience, of which 2-4 years in similar position
Strong local city knowledge and network
